COS Airport shuttles are provided to select areas within Colorado including most ski areas and surrounding mountain towns.  If you are trying to find a ride to or from the Colorado Springs airport and another city or ski resort other than listed below, we recommend using a ride share app service or a taxi.

Ski Shuttles from the Colorado Springs Airport:  Get from the Colorado Springs Airport straight to the ski resort towns!  We offer private transportation for you or your group. Why rent a car and drive all day?  Our vehicles are warm from door to door!  We’ll pick you up and get you there safely, no matter what the weather looks like.

Rocky Mountain Ride does not provide service to Denver International Airport (DIA).

Where will the driver be waiting? The Colorado Springs Airport is very easy to navigate and finding your driver is a piece of cake. When your flight lands, please ensure your cell phone’s airplane mode is switched off so that your driver may communicate with you. You can expect a text from your driver as to which vehicle to look for and their approximate location in the pick up lane. There are 2 lanes of vehicles outside the doors when you exit the airport. The first lane is for non-commercial vehicles only. You can expect to see your driver waiting in the second lane of commercial vehicles along with other shuttles and taxis.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure (pick up) time. 50% refund if canceled between 24 – 48 hours in advance. No refund if canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

Car Seat policy: Please provide a car seat for your children. Our drivers will install the car seat for you if you wish. If you are traveling without a car seat and you have a child under 2 years old, you may request to use ours. Children requiring a car seat must be always restrained in a car seat when the vehicle is in motion. See the Colorado Child  Passenger Safety Laws for more information. Children or adults of any age are never permitted to ride in the lap of another passenger.

Pet policy:  We will be happy to transport your pet! Please let us know if you plan to travel with your pet and we will gladly accommodate them.

Late or early flights:  We are keeping an eye on your flight status to ensure we are parked and waiting for you when your flight lands. If your flight arrival time has been pushed back significantly or if your flight has been canceled, please notify us immediately so that we can make other arrangements to reschedule your ride. Sometimes flights come in a bit earlier than expected. If you cannot find your driver waiting for you, please call or text us at 719-362-6332 and we will update you with their location.

What time should I schedule my ride for arrival to Colorado Springs?  If you are unsure about the time you need to be picked up to get to the COS Airport prior to your flight, please call us to discuss your options. We are generally familiar with the amount of time it typically takes to get from most locations in all kinds of weather and driving conditions.

How early should I arrive for my flight out of COS? The Colorado Springs Airport is small and easy to navigate with short security lines. We recommend getting to the airport about 1.5 hours prior to your flight departure time.
